Yes. ETI Mail Club is a monthly subscription, and you can cancel anytime. You can also update your shipping address and payment method through your customer account.
When will my first envelope ship?

Join during September and your first envelope will ship on October 1. Future monthly editions ship at the beginning of the following month.
How long does delivery take?

USA: approximately 7–14 business days. International: approximately 14–30 business days. It is snail mail, after all.
Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping is included in your subscription price.ETI Mail Club envelopes are sent by regular mail and do not include tracking.
What if my envelope is lost or damaged?

If your envelope hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll help.

Can I give an ETI Mail Club subscription as a gift?

Yes. Simply use the recipient’s shipping address when you subscribe, and their monthly envelope will be delivered directly to them.
What age is ETI Mail Club for?

ETI Mail Club is made for both adults and kids who enjoy architecture, engineering, models, and hands-on projects. Younger builders may need help from an adult with cutting, folding, and gluing.
