If you’re the kind of person who always stops to look in a bookshop window, these are for you.

This set includes 12 bookmarks inspired by European bookshops. Each one has a different storefront, with books in the windows, little balconies, flowerpots, and shop signs in different languages.

You get to choose the colors: a green door, blue shutters, pink flowers, or whatever you think that little shop should look like. Once you’ve finished, cut it out and use it in your current book. A colored bookmark also makes a thoughtful little extra to tuck inside a book you’re giving a friend.

How to make them

Print on A4 paper at “Actual Size” or 100%. Cardstock works well if your printer supports it. Regular paper is fine too—you can glue the finished bookmark onto thicker card.

Color the bookmarks before cutting them out, then cut around the outside border. You can laminate them afterward if you’d like.

Keep the PDF and print your favorites again for personal use.
