SHIPPING POLICY
MAIL CLUB ORDERS
Engineering The Impossible Mail Club editions are prepared and mailed once each month. The applicable order deadline and estimated mailing date are displayed on our website.
Membership prices include standard shipping:
United States: $11 USD per month, shipping included.
International: $13 USD per month, shipping included to eligible destinations.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
International: approximately 14–30 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of postal service disruptions, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
Mail Club editions may be sent by standard letter mail without tracking.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Subscription members must update their address before the next monthly renewal or shipment is processed. We cannot guarantee free replacement of an edition mailed to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE MAIL
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
International delivery availability is limited to the countries shown during checkout.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped by mail.
After successful payment, customers receive access to their files by email or on the order confirmation page. Please check your spam or promotions folder if the download email does not arrive.
